do they pay them all at once at , say the end of the month? why for that? and if have a lawn service that cuts your lawn and they mail your bill with a stamped envelope inside the bill envelope..would wait TOO for them? "Create" to most people implies creation ex nihilo. e.g, god created the universe from nothing. I started with a blank computer screen and wrote a 700 page novel. Beethoven composed the 9th Symphony from his imagination - literally. He was a deaf at the time. But, when an employer, anyone from the guy who runs a lawn service with 5 employees to a multinational corporation with a 100,000, they're responding to what they perceive as a market demand. They don't want to incur the cost of employing an additional worker if they don't think that will tangibly benefit them. What creates market demand? Consumers. As such aren't consumers, the consumer market itself the job creator as opposed to the business owner in particular?
